AMC Questions Answered

What's the difference between an AMC and a one-off service?

A one-off service addresses your AC's current state. An AMC is a planned programme that keeps your system maintained at all times. It includes scheduled visits, priority access during emergencies, and discounted repair rates — all at a fixed annual price so you can budget accurately.

Is refrigerant (gas) top-up included in the contract?

Professional and Enterprise plans include refrigerant top-up (within normal consumption limits). If there is a significant refrigerant leak due to a faulty joint or component, a separate repair quote will be provided before proceeding.

Can I add or remove units during the contract period?

Yes. Units can be added at a pro-rated cost at any time. Removal of units is accommodated at renewal. Just let your account manager know and we'll update the contract accordingly.

What happens if my AC breaks down between scheduled visits?

Contract holders receive priority emergency response. You'll be ahead of non-contract customers in our dispatch queue. Emergency callout fees are also discounted based on your plan tier (10–20%).
